Error 23 – Signal Transmission Area Dirty 📡

Description: The signal transmission area is obstructed or dirty, affecting communication performance.

Solution:

  • Locate the signal transmission area on the robot (usually near the top or sides).
  • Wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Restart the robot and check if the error clears.

Error 27 – Abnormal Vibration Module 📳

Description: The vibration module is not functioning normally, which may affect mopping performance.

Solution:

  • Check if any foreign objects are lodged in or around the vibration module.
  • Remove any debris carefully.
