1. 处理时间 / Processing Time

中文: 订单确认后,我们将在 1–3 个工作日内处理并安排发货。节假日期间处理时间可能延长。

English: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Processing times may be longer during public holidays.


2. 配送范围 / Shipping Destinations

English: We currently offer local delivery international shipping.


3. 运费 / Shipping Rates

  • Asia region: 15–25 business days
  • Other international destinations: 20-35 business days

5. 运输延误 / Shipping Delays

中文: 实际送达时间可能因海关清关、天气或物流情况而有所延误,我们对第三方物流延误不承担责任。

English: Actual delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or logistics conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


6. 货物追踪 / Order Tracking

中文: 订单发货后,我们将通过电子邮件发送追踪号码,您可凭此追踪货物状态。

English: Once your order has been shipped, we will send a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment status.


7. 海关与关税 / Customs & Duties

中文: 国际订单可能须缴纳目的地国家的进口税或关税,相关费用由买家自行承担。

English: International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
