Available options

• SS 0.2mm: stainless steel nozzle option for fine-detail printing
• HS 0.4mm: hardened steel nozzle option for general-purpose printing
• HS 0.6mm: hardened steel nozzle option for higher material flow
• HS 0.8mm: hardened steel nozzle option for larger extrusion and faster printing

Nozzle size guide

• 0.2mm: finer detail and smaller features, with slower material flow.
• 0.4mm: a general-purpose size for everyday printing.
• 0.6mm: a balance of print detail, material flow, and speed.
• 0.8mm: larger extrusion for faster prints and functional parts, with less fine detail.

Material guidance

For carbon-fiber, glass-fiber, metal-filled, or other abrasive filaments, choose a hardened-steel option and confirm the filament manufacturer's requirements before printing. The 0.2mm option is a stainless-steel variant and may not be suitable for every abrasive filament.

Before ordering

• Confirm your printer model and compatible hot-end configuration.
• Select the correct material and nozzle size from the variant menu.
• Turn off and unplug the printer, allow the hot end to cool, and follow Bambu Lab's model-specific replacement instructions.
• Run the appropriate calibration after replacing the nozzle before starting a new print.
