Bambu Lab P1P / P1S / X1C / X1 Hardened Steel Nozzle
OEM-compatible hardened steel nozzle replacement for Bambu Lab P1P, P1S, X1C, and X1 3D printers. Engineered to withstand abrasive and composite filaments that rapidly wear standard brass nozzles. Available in 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm diameters, plus a silicone sock option.

Variant Options
- SL 0.2mm (no grease) – Ultra-fine detail; note – carbon fibre, glass fibre, and particle-filled filaments risk clogging at 0.2mm
- HS 0.4mm (no grease) – Standard all-purpose; lower clog risk vs 0.2mm with good print quality
- HS 0.6mm (no grease) – Recommended for carbon fibre and glass fibre filaments; minimises clogging and wear
- HS 0.8mm (no grease) – High-speed, high-volume printing for large structural parts
- 3× Silicone Sock – Insulating sock set for the hotend; reduces heat loss and prevents filament build-up on the heater block

Installation
Heat the hotend to printing temperature before removing the old nozzle. Use a nozzle wrench to unscrew the old nozzle and thread in the replacement. Torque gently when hot. Allow to cool before printing. For silicone socks, slip onto the heater block with the hotend cooled down.
